Payment Policy
All services must be paid in full prior to the scheduled walk, hike, or adventure day. Payment confirms your dog’s reserved spot.
Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance may be rescheduled or credited to your account.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Because pack sizes are intentionally limited, last-minute cancellations cannot always be filled.
Refund Policy
Trail Tails does not offer refunds for:
Completed services
Same-day cancellations
Missed services without notice
Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Trail Tails in rare or emergency circumstances.
Weather & Outdoor Conditions Policy
Safety is our top priority.
In the event of unsafe weather conditions (extreme heat, air quality concerns, storms, unsafe trail conditions), Trail Tails may:
Modify the hike location
Shorten the duration
Reschedule service
If Trail Tails cancels due to safety concerns, clients will receive:
A reschedule option, or
A service credit
Adventure Enrollment & Care Profile
Must be completed before first service
